Minibus falls off transporter - 15th June 2009
Police have appealed for information after a minibus fell off a car transporter, and collided with the central reservation on a busy dual carriageway.
The incident happened when a Volvo car transporter carrying a number of 16 seater minibuses was being driven northbound along the A34 near Newbury in Berkshire.
When the vehicle reached the village of Tothill one of the minibuses it was carrying fell off the top deck colliding with the central reservation. Amazingly no other vehicles were involved and nobody was injured.
A spokesman for the Police said “I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident to come forward and help police with their enquiries,".
