React Minibus - 11th June 2009



A disability group in Hertfordshire are appealing for help to buy a new minibus. React are a voluntary group who provide advice and help for disabled and elderly people.

It also has a minibus which is used by local groups, but the bus is now in a bad condition and unlikely to last another year.

React hire the bus out to other local groups, some of whom use it regularly. The minibus has become a life line for the carers and clients of some groups, and one has said that without this service there is a possibility that they may have to close.

React are appealing to local or countywide businesses who read of their plight and hope that someone may offer to donate a bus, make donations or offer a sponsorship deal.
