Thieves Drive Away in Charity Minibus - 10th April 2009
A 16 seat Minibus belonging to a charity worth £25,000 has been stolen from a car park in Chadwell Heath.
The Minibus was used to bring multiple sclerosis sufferers to a centre where they could enjoy services such as bathing, yoga and reflexology, and take them home again.
The Minibus was left in a locked car park, but when the driver returned the gates had been cut with bolt cutters and the Minibus had gone.
The theft of the minibus underlines the importance of having the correct minibus insurance cover.
